Well its come to my attention that I havent updated this thing in.......a long time....so here goes

What join the Navy? Well they pay for my college and its a good expeirience. I'm only in the reserves so I only have to go to the base ounce a month. I'm thinking about going active duty after college because you get to travel and its got great benefits. BTW I'm an Aviations Mechanic, so I won't be going into any type of combat.

The kind of benefits you get with friends don't count. :P

And as for the military changing you... well, you seem really adament about it *not* changing you, and I think you're going to fight it. You're not going in full service where they beat their morals and ideas into your head every second of the day for six years, so I think you'll be ok. You're going to change, but nothing drastic... I figure this will effect you in a way very similiar to pretty much any other life event. Don't freak out, and don't let other people freak out for you. <3
