A. People who have been tagged must, if they choose to participate, write their answers on their blog and replace any question that they dislike with a new, original question. Please italicize the new question if you do that.
B. Tag eight people. Don't refuse to do that. Don't tag who tagged you.
01. What are your nicknames?
Pookie, Lillibeth, Lizzie Boo-Boo, Elizabeth Anne.
02. How do you style your hair?
Pretty but manageable.
03. What do you always carry with you?
Cell phone at the very minimum. Also very often have the Purse of Doom which has a little of everything.
04. Most recent obsession?
Twitter. =P And Lonely Island, but I think that's biased because who doesn't enjoy laughing their asses off?
05. Are you an introvert or extrovert?
Usually an extrovert, but when the shy spells hit, total introvert. I'm told it doesn't last long.
06. What was the last book you read?
Am currently on The Time-Traveler's Wife. I had been devouring it but I'm shocked to realize I haven't read it in a week. Huh.
07. What's your favourite type of take-out?
I'm a sucker for Tex-Mex, but you can't beat a good burger.
08. Where would you most like to live in the world?
New York City, London, France, Australia. (fuckin' kangaroos)
09. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Two very excellent movies came out Tuesday and are nowhere to be found in stores- the final stage performance of Rent, and Ten Inch Hero.
10. What song would you pay to make non-existent?
I have a deep, burning, throbbing, acidic, soul-entwined hate for Christmas Wrapping. I can ignore other songs that bother me because sometimes the pop culture response to them makes it all worthwhile (Rickrolling, the techno version of The Hamster Song, the combined groan/gleeful shriek that fills a room when The Macarena starts up, etc.). But this song has no purpose except to express that okay things happen to REALLY STUPID PEOPLE who moon over a guy for an entire year and then write a song about it in which they can't keep a beat or develop a decent rhyme. And so The Spice Girls can cover it. During their attempted comeback. Yeah, there's, like, 12 big hearty "Hell no!"s in there somewhere. Don't torture me with this song. I will kill you.
I know some of you like this song. Let's just move on.
11. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
With shower, makeup, brushing my teeth, and doing my hair? About an hour, give or take twenty minutes in either direction (being sleepy makes me sloooooooooooow).
12. Do you have a certain style?
Comfortable? Easy going? Badass? Mish-mosh of the three depending upon levels of caffeine?
13. What can you always be found doing?
Doing things on my computer. Writing (again, thank God). Looking at my room, scratching my head, then throwing my hands up in the air and going for a beer.
14. Did you have any special stuffed animal, toy, or blanket when you were little?
I had a baby quilt one of my Dad's sisters made for me. I really believed that thin little thing kept me warm when it was just this side of chilly. Also, I still have my plush sheep, Lambert. I carried her EVERYWHERE and she shows the wear. I couldn't sleep without her. Sometimes I still take her off the shelf and cuddle her, if it's been one of THOSE days.
15. What's the last song that got stuck in your head?
"You Never Give Me Your Money." I share my mother's love of The Beatles, but they've been the source of some pretty serious earworms. At least it's lovely to have stuck in one's head.
16. What's the last movie you saw?
Slumdog Millionaire. Absolutely everything a movie should be. I don't remember the last time a movie touched me like this. Also, I may now have a minor crush on Dev Patel (which is funny, as I had no interest in him when he was on Skins.)
17. Is the glass half empty or half full?
Half full. Better top me off, barkeep.
18. What is your least favourite thing to do that you have to do everyday?
*Brit spelling XD* Getting up. I don't like wasting my day but I like even less getting out of my comfy, cozy bed and, yanno, doing stuff. /o\
