Here's a basic layout of the apartment complex, in word form until I draw a sucky-ass map or someone else does an ace one:
Hell Heights is a rather spacious and fancy apartment building, with [currently] ten floors to it and fifteens rooms on each floor beside the first. The rooms are spacious enough that they could house two, even three people easily even though they're only built for one. Each room comes with one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with bath/shower. On the first floor is the lobby and the communal kitchen/dining room, where residents can choose to order food from if they don't feel like cooking it themselves and dine in the dining room or take it back up to their own apartment. The place is almost more like a hotel than apartments, but who's going to complain about that?
On the grounds there is a swimming pool, a basketball court and a skateboard park for people to amuse themselves with. Due to the fact that the residents cannot leave, there is a request form at the desk on the first floor where they can write down where they want/need and [hopefully] have it delivered to them by the staff.
