The power went out on my street sometime around 1 or 2 this afternoon. It's just our side of the street and the houses right behind us on the next street over. I don't even remember the last time we had a power outage of any length here. It really sucks to look out the front window and see all the houses on the other side of the street all happily

Good to know which houses have generators- yep! Got to plan to survive the zombie apocalypse. :)

Ouch! I feel your pain! We've had storms knock our power out three times this summer, and each outage lasted more than five hours. Oh well...on the bright side, at least we got our power back either overnight if it happened in the evening or the same day if it happened in the morning. Some people in the area have been without power multiple days.
