Since nearly everyone I know has a blog, I'm assuming that nearly everyone has also heard about this woman being sued for writing about a sexual encounter. Reminds me of the lack of privacy we have with today's technology. I was always told not to do or say anything that you wouldn't want repeated back to you. I'm shocked. I'd love to see the trial transcript if the blogger forced them to trial rather than settle. I mean, who in their right mind would want to attempt to defend their sexual performance to a jury?
That being about the only thing I can think of a the lawsuit being for... libel/slander/defamation of character kind of things. And in that, you have to be able to prove they're lying about you. If it's the truth... sorry, not a problem.

Hopefully the judge chucks it over a fence into a deep black pit of dismissal.

What's the person going to do that's doing the suing? Fuck everyone in the jury to prove his/her sexual prowess?! =)
