It is so frustrating to be happily typing along, get something going, and then, one tiny little slip of the fingers and it's irretrievably gone. Grr.

Well, what I was trying to say was that Jasper and I are getting a kitty this weekend. We're going to a kitty boat:

Heh, it's not terrifying at all, Vince! It sort of an asylum for cats, but then on a house boat in one of the canals. :)

We took an option on a little kitten last Saturday. She's 5 weeks old, is called Xena (for now!), and is from a litter of 4 that was abandoned by their mother. The litter is being bottle-fed now, and next week we'll be told when we can pick her up. They need a few more weeks to gain strength, as they were a bit malnourished when they came in.

She's grey-striped, very curious, playful, and really fuzzy. :)
