Asian dinner night
So, we invited Dawn and Michaela for dinner Friday night. I've been getting very interested in Indian food and spices, so I had fun making a lamb curry and a chicken/spinach balti. Vista sucks.
When I bought my laptop last December, it had all the labels, "Vista Ready" and all that crap. When I received the cd and downloaded it, all seemed great for a while. Then, it started glitching. We live in the 'burbs! What do you know about gardening?
We moved to Amstelveen a couple of months ago. It's suburbia just outside of Amsterdam. It's a beautiful house with a front and back garden and I love it here. Unfortunately, the gardens are in a bit of a mess, because I'm not sure which are all weeds. Have you ever gotten depressed just reading a book?
I got the new Harry Potter book yesterday and finished it last night. I won't give any spoilers, but I am so darned sad. I had dreams about it all last night and was getting teary again today. Of course, this is frighteningly normal for me, if I watch a sad movie or read a sad book, I'll be mopey for a few days. I was the same way with the last HP ( Read more... )
