Donation Confirmation Station

With the round closing in less than 12 hours, I'm setting up some resources that will be useful once winning bidders are notified.

(On that note, here is a countdown courtesy of kirax2!)

So once the round has closed and the winning bidder has been informed of their win, they will confirm their donation in one of two ways:

Hi there! I see that we put seldear as the winner of your auction - are seldear and tielan the same? Or did you offer something else that I'm not seeing? Inquiring minds want to know. Sorry for the trouble.

Hi, sorry, yes seldear and tielan are the same person - I was communicating with her by LJ message to her 'tielan' account and automatically wrote 'tielan' in the comment above without checking which account she had used to bid. Sorry for the confusion!

The amount donated is: 12,226.00 Polish Zloty = $3,989.21 US. Yeah, you read that right.

Additional info (optional): kamiyo contacted me through P.M. and asked if she could have one story for each donation she made that matched the winning bid. She and a bunch of friends got together and made an amazing donation. I am so completely humbled that they did that.
