Just a question. Is it mandatory to use that template to inform the winner of the bid that they won? I only ask this as i'm having a hard time with the coding. Yes, I'm crap with this stuff.

as long as the essential information is in there, you can modify it a bit. they just need to know where to go if they need something :)

I don't know if this will save you guys time or not, but you no longer have to reply to tell me that I've won. I took the liberty of contacting each of the offerers myself already via the e-mail they provided in their initial offer post. :)

I didn't realize each type of offering category has a different mod. O.o

But this includes all the bids I've won across the entire auction. All of them are fanfics except the following:

Aesires / Reis --- Art (drawings)
Hanachan01 --- Art (pins/buttons)
exhero --- Art (icons)
Nataliadarimini --- Art (clay figurines)

hi mods, i just have a quick question - although we're now allowed to contact our winners directly (and i have, so you can skip over my thread! :D), all our comments remained screened. can the co-mods see these screened comments? because if they can't, they'll have to go over all the threads again, regardless.

i'm just wondering if this will mean extra but unnecessary work for the mods.

also, if more help with notifications is still required, i'd be happy to volunteer! (:

yep the co-mods can see everything! (I was tempted to say that in a terrifying voice!) And generally, once something has been replied to, it will become unscreened.
