Yep, it's been 9 months, but I'm still here. I'm not sure if I'll start posting regularly again, but for some reason I felt like posting tonight.

You know, oddly enough one of the things that got me thinking about LJ in the past couple days was a conversation I had with my doctor about chemistry (specifically, the role isomers play in pharmaceutical patent regulation) that made me think of you because your just about the only genuine chemist I know (online or IRL).

Anyway, yeah, long story short, I was sick 90% of the time this year and that put a lot of distance between me and the computer/internet. Hence, I trailed off on LJ. Things are getting somewhat better though.
