It's fine for Charles to read Billy's mind! A lot of things would revolve around the Avengers, the Scarlet Witch, and Magneto due to where I am taking him from. On the other hand, with his powers, he could probably form some spell to kick him out of his head. SO YEAH. I think that is the gist of it...

This Charles does minimal prying usually (Unless he is REALLY trying to help XD). He's going to be so completely interested in Billy (mutants, not knowing that Erik is going to be Magneto yet...yep) but kick him out at anytime, whenever.

I think once he realizes this is Professor X from the past, he's going to ask that he doesn't read his mind for the sake of the future unless it's really important :|a I could see them agreeing to that when it comes to that point.

Oh, definitely! I think it'll be better for Charles NOT to know those things, as it is, too. Especially since he can't do anything about it. XD

1. It's fine! Senshi have some canon immunity to low-level tampering (brainwashing from just a youma never works on them, though Dark Mercury is overwhelmed when she's directly exposed to dark energy, and Zoisite has all the girls but Usa under his control for one battle ( ... )

Sounds awesome!

And at this point I realize how much she will adore him. They can talk forever about whether senshi powers are genetic mutations. XD

① Certainly!
② It's the Doctor. Feel free to mention anything.
③ The Time War and the loss of the companions in his Tenth incarnation, or any of his incarnations, really (see below)
④ YOU KNOW HIM. He's slightly psychic himself, so he has plenty of mental blocks that Charles will probably run into, such as the Time War, various information/details about Gallifrey and the Time Lords and the Daleks. Not to mention that, technically, each incarnation is a different life so Charles could possibly be overwhelmed or even lost in all the memories, maybe? That'd be up to you. The Doctor would know instantly when Charles is inside his mind though.

Oh yes~! And I'll be sure to mention it to you if/whenever need arises of course. Charles gets lost, and is like "Maybe staying out is an option."

LOL. Poor thing.

Though, usually the Doctor needs to touch humans for his psychic abilities to work on them because they're not psychic creatures. How would you like to handle this with Charles?

Well, I have no problem with the Doctor using his on Charles without touch (I'm reading the question right, right?).

1. For both of mine, certainly! Whitlea is completely human, while Laharl is a demon and has some resistance which Charles could certainly get past.
2. Okay, so. Basically, Laharl's thoughts revolve around himself, being THE BEST OVERLORD EVER and things like battles and fights and the stuff that's happened today. Whitlea, on the other hand, tends to think about other people, her Pokemon, how to find a good friend and things like that. Basically Laharl: "evil" tsun-tsun demon, Whitlea: ray of sunshine.
3. While all's fair game with Whitlea, I only ask that Charles not mention stuff about Laharl's mom. He may have gotten over it, but it gets uncomfortable when his mother is brought up. Other than that, go ahead!
