What happens when you go into a sleep coma? Do you dream? Do you feel weak when you wake up from it?

It was just like falling asleep, really. I guess I might have dreamed a little bit, but I don't remember them all that well.

And yeah, I was kind of hungry when I woke up. But it wasn't that much different then oversleeping. Except instead of a couple hours, it was almost a week!

But lots of people have been announcing people sleeping, or waking up from a sleep coma. I wonder if it means anything.
