I've been watching Heroes on TV and have noticed some of the interesting superpowers that some of the characters have. One that caught my attention is the guy who can hear people's thoughts

i wonder what language bilingual people think in.
like, those who know two languages equally well.

They think in both. Maybe not at the same time but I would say about half.

I know I dream in Italian quite often. Of course I also dream in another language that I know I cannot speak.

i have been watching heroes as well. it's kinda contrived, but entertaining nonetheless. and i think he hears everyone in english-his language-regardless of what they speak, because the thought and the feeling are conveyed despite language differences. i occasionally dream in song or in a made up language.

I'm pretty sure he does hear everything in english but it would be more interesting if he heard whatever language they were thinking. It would make it a tad more interesting.

I doubt you are dreaming in a made up language. You probably are communicating with beings that can only contact you in your dreams.
