Diamonds are a disgusting thing to buy anyway. They're a great example of some wealthy bastards exploiting poor nations for their goods and then limiting market supply so they get to mark the prices up a few thousand percent.

And it also sucks that, in reality, they should be one of the cheapest stones on earth since they're so abundant.
