Sometimes the best food comes from just throwing stuff together and wondering what will come out of it.

I should pack some lunchy stuff for tomorrow. Last night, I stuck a bunch of soft potatoes, an onion, some garlic, and a pack of sliced mushrooms into my crock pot. I added a chicken pre-stuffed with 'mushroom and wild rice' stuffing. Set it for 8 hrs low. Now, if only I could get around to eating some of it. Most of the stuff I cook is "Hmmm, I need to use up this, this and this" (and doesn't taste very good).

That's pretty much my dinners 4/7 days a week. It's always keeping me on the edge of my seat. But sometimes the edge is a little uncomfortable and I'm thankful when my mom cooks so I can sit back.
