Tis a vicious cycle in life, through no fault of your own. I bear my own burdens, carrying the weight of all that befalls me. Most is by my own hand, some is just cruel fate. It's human nature, not retribution. The wounds will heal, the scars will remain. They are a reminder that should prevent the same from repeating, but too often does not.
