wheeee - snow!!!

Not just snow, but December snow, a true rarity around here these days. It snowed overnight Friday (I had to start shoveling the mouth of the driveway to find the newspaper Saturday morning), then all day Saturday, and it was just gorgeous. We *did* get a lot - apparently this was a record snowfall for December. And I'm doing the giddy-little-kid thing because last winter we had basically one snowstorm and that gave us a couple of inches that lasted ... half a day.

Wheeeee! I just love your snowy pictures!
Your front door looks so pretty and festive...your house seems so charming nestled in all that winter white!
The red maple tree is just lovely in that pic, also.
