The City is certainly treating us, glowing people aside, today. The stories seem so jumbled behind it, but it's nice to see everyone get along, don't you think? the magic closet struck again though...

If I have some water from ice that's melted... could you tell if the ice was made by magic or not?

Depends on the craft. In most cases, magical water is too pure in nature, having no time to grow bacterium, and this in turn takes in the signature of the caster in place of it. Since ice is just a form of the water chilled instantly, the same applies.
