Chapter II
It was the second day of the week and Kyuhyn was relaxing in a cafe. He wasn't alone though, he was with his best friend Donghae. It was 2 pm, that meant that he still had two hours before he had to go to Ryeowook's place. And since he was feeling way too restless while waiting, he had called Donghae.
They met up and went to cinema, since that seemed to be the best solution. Appearantly it wasn't. For Kyuhyun anyway. He wasn't really intrested in the movie and his thoughts kept drifting away from it. The darkness of the room seeming somehow suffocating. And in the end, he couldn't help but to think of Ryeowook.
He wasn't in love, not even close to that. Kyuhyun didn't belive into the love from first sight, but he had to admit it; he was attracted. Well who wouldn't? The boy was fucking gorgeous. Was Ryeowook even human? He let out a deep sight for the 4-th time, as Donghae noted.
"Hey, you okay?" He asked. Kyuhyun ignored him. Obviously he wasn't in a mood to chat.
Donghae shrugged it off, if Kyuhyun wanted to tell him, he would.
They sat in slience for a while, Donghae ignoring his friend and staring at the cute waitress instead.
His eyes widened though when he noted that the waitress was in fact a waiter. His jaw dropped, when he noted that the waiter was in fact Sungmin.
"Kyuhyun." He whispered.
"What?" Kyuhyun spat, then realizing that it his bad mood wasn't exactly Donghae's fault. He was about to apologize when Donghae started shaking his shoulders.
"What the.. Ugh stop it." He shouted loudly, making lots of people look at them. Donghae face palmed, when Sungmin turned to look at Kyuhyun as well.
"Kyuhyunnie!" He exclaimed loudly and Kyuhyun's eyes widened in horror.

The teacher had freed them earlier, saying something about giving them time to learn for the exams. Ryeowook didn't really care. He was so sleepy and he was tired of feeling the disappointment everytime he checked the clock. Still 2 hours until seeing Kyuhyun.
He pouted and then scolded himself mentally. It was wrong to feel attraction towards the man. His tutor. But he couldn't help, the guy was so handsome. Everytime he thought about Kyuhyun, a smile appeared on his face and he spaced out, which was actually bad for his studies. Was he in love? Was he?
"Ryeowook?" The boy looked at his best friend Siwon and tilted his head.
"Yes?"
"I'm kind of hungry, maybe we could visit that cafe? You know, which you wanted to visit sometime ago?"
Ryeowook thought for a bit, a frown appearing on his face, when he tried to remember the cafe Siwon was talking about.
"Oh yeea, I remember! Oh how could I forgot about it, let's go! With the bus?
"Naw, it's too close, let's just walk."
"Ok."
They sped up their pace, while chatting about trivial stuff.
After 15 minutes or so they arrived at the cafe. There was a reason why Ryeowook had wanted to visit this cafe. It looked classic, not someplace teenagers like himself would got to hang out. But well Ryeowook wasn't really a normal teenager. When his other classmates were hanging out together, dating, having fun, going to partys etc, etc; he prefered to be alone somewhere quiet, listen to music for example. He was mature for his age...at least on the outside.
They stepped inside and looked around, before ordering their drinks and in Siwon's case a light lunch. After the girl promised to bring their stuff to their table, they started searching for a place to sit down. The view from the windows was great, so they made their way towards the tables near the windows.
Ryeowook wasn't really paying attention to anything as he was too absorved in his conversation with Siwon. But when he head that familiar deep voice -scowl- he quickly looked around, spotting Kyuhyun behind one of the tables.
How come Ryeowook didn't notice him before?
He smiled, but the smile slowly faded away, when he saw that someone was sitting on Kyuhyun's lap and hugging him. He of course missed the scowl, the grimace, the very annoyed tone Kyuhyun was using. Love was blind.
Ryeowook shifted his gaze, now looking out of the windows, his eyes following the people passing it, with a bitter smile. Siwon noticed the sudden change in his friend's behaviour, he frowned.
"Ryeowook? Something wrong?"
Ryeowook turned to him and laughed silently.
"Nothing's wrong." He told him, but when he saw that Siwon still looked worried, he changed the topic to the girl, that confessed to Siwon earlier that day. Siwon shook his head furiously and tried to convince Ryeowook that that girl was totally not his type and that his type would be someone mature, beautiful, caring and smart, etc. For some reason Ryeowook had all those qualitys.
Ryeowook knew that Siwon absolutely didn't like the girl. But still, it was fun to tease him about that, especially since it made him feel better.

When Kyuhyun was ready to kill Sungmin and Donghae - for not helping him to get rid if Sungmin - he heard a laugh from the other side of the cafe. A really familiar laugh. He quickly threw Sungmin off his lap and stood up. Just as expected, it was Ryeowook. Kyuhyun frowned, when he saw that Ryeowook wasn't alone and was very comfortablely sitting with some hunk and on top of that he was laughing so happily.
"Donghae, see ya later and Sungmin-" He turned to the said man, giving him his best death glare,
"Stay. Away. From. Me."
Sungmin eyed him innocently and was about to say something, but fortunately a woman came out of the cafe's backroom.
"Lee Sungmin, do you want to get fired?" She shouted. Sungmin squealed and started swiftly cleaning the tables, shooting apologizing looks towards the woman.
Kyuhyun used his chance and walked casually to Ryeowook's table.
"Hello Ryeowook-ah." He said and gave Ryowook one of his killer smiles, making the boy's heart beat faster. Siwon glared at the man, beofore glancing at Ryeowook.
"You know him?" Ryeowook glanced at him, then back at Kyuhyun, who was still waiting his answer, trying not to say what he thinks of the guy.
"Umm, hello Kyuhyun... " he was about to say ah, but something told him that SiWon wouldn't like that, so he ended it with -sshi.
Kyuhyun's frown deepened, when he saw how Ryeowook glanced uneasily at Siwon and said -sshi instead.
"Shouldn't you be still in school?" he asked then, glancing at his watch. 2.39pm.
"No, the teacher let us go a bit earlier and well me and Siwon decided to come here."
"Ohh..." Kyuhyun nodded, eyeing Siwon.
"You must be Siwon then?" Siwon nodded and Ryeowook gasped.
"Ah, yes sorry. I forgot to introduce you two. Cho Kyuhyun-" he gestured towards Kyuhyun. "-he's my tutor, while Leeteuk is away. And this is my best friend Choi Siwon." He gestured towards Siwon. Both Siwon and Kyuhyun stared at each other, Kyuhyun forcing a smile.
Akward silence fallowed, until Ryeowook checked the time.
"Omo, it's almost three pm already. Siwon I'm sorry, but I need to go home now." He muttered and looked at his friend. Siwon couldn't be angry at Ryeowook, though he was a bit upset.
"Oh, Ryeowook-ah, we can go together." Kyuhyun grinned, making Siwon glare at the man. Kyuhyun saw that from the corner of his eye and the grin turned into a smirk. Ryeowook glanced at the both men, wondering how the hell did the atmosphere bacame so tense.
"Uhuh, I'd love to." Ryeowook said and drank the last sip from his coffee and then stood up.
"See you tomorrow Siwon."
"Yup, shall I pick you up un the morning?"
"Sure, you always do."
"Yeah... Bye. Call me when you're home, okay?" Ryeowook let out a soft laugh and responded 'yes' over his shoulder. Then he startes walking towards the cafe's doors, Kyuhyun right on his heels.
Why do I feel like a stupid high school boy, who just fought for a girl?"
Aftrer they were finally outside and walking towardsthe bus stop, they were still silent. Both trying to think to of something to say to each other. In the end it was Ryeowook, who broke the ice.
"So, your boyfriend works in tha cafe?" He asked. Kyuhyun didn't get it at first, but when he understood whtat...who the boy meant he paniced.
"NO! No, no of course not. That's just my crazy ex-boyfriend, who can't get over me."
"Hmm, so he's not your boyfriend."
"God no, trust me! It's over. In fact I'm single." Kyu said and then kicked himself mentally. Ryeowook only let out a soft 'ohh' as casually as he could.
"And tha Siwon dude? You.."
"No, we're just best friends. Siwon just is like that. He's protective of me, so forgive him for being rude." Kyuhyun scoffed, making the young boy look at him, his eyebrows raised.
"What?"
"Nothing. So anyways is your brother home today?"
"Yup, unfortunately he is."
"Ohh, that's awesome." Kyuhyun exclaimed, his expression grim and totally not matching his tone. But then he smirked.
"Wait, unfortunately?"
"Yeah, he can be really annoying. He's like 100-th time worse Siwon, but no worries. I talked to him yesteday. He should back off today." Kyuhyun smirked, his mood getting better and better.
"By the way Kyuhyun-ah...how old are you? Sorry for being so rude."
"No it's..okay. I'm...I just turned 26 in february."
"Ohh, then you're 10 years older than me..." Ryeowook mused and Kyuhyun hit the empty can on the sidewalk. It was akwards between them for a while again, until Ryeowook started laughing all of a sudden, making Kyuhyun look at him in surprise.
"What?"
"No, nothing. Just remembered something funny."
"Really? Share?" Ryeowook nodded and told Kyuuhyun how HeeChul, his brother had mixed sugar and salt and how he poured salt into his morning coffee and how he had drank it all in one go. HeeChul spat it all out, onto his pants, starting to scream because it burnt him.
It came out that starting the topic about Heechul was a good choice as there was no akwarndess between anymore. The rest if the way they chatted about random things again, both feeling kinda dissappointed when they arrived at Ryeowook's apartment.
When Ryeowook opened the door, he was greeted by the all too happy HeeChul. He hugged his baby brother tightly, then finally noticing Kyuhyun. HeeChul scowled and Ryeowook pulled back from the hug.
"Hyung. You promised!" He exclaimed, puffing his cheeks, looking so utterly adorable in Kyuhyun's eyes. HeeChul rolled his eyes and huffed.
"Fine, fine. Hello Kyuhyun, may I ask what are you doing here so early?"
Kyuhyun was about to answer, but Ryeowook was faster.
"We met at the cafe, and it's not early. It's already 3.28 pm. Let him be." Ryeowook said, noticing Hangeng standing at the back of the room and sending him a pleading look.
"Hangeng-hyung, hello." Hangeng smiled and walked closer.
"Hello Kyuhyun-sshi." He smiled at Kyuhyun, while grabbing HeeChul's waist.
"C'mon, leave them alone. It's your favourite drama on the TV right now." HeeChul huffed, gave a last death glare to Kyuhyun and stalked off to the other room, Hangeng right on his heels.
"Ofh, thank god. I'm so sorry about that Kyuhyun-ah." Ryeowook muttered, taking Kyuhyun's hand and leading him towards his room.
Kyuhyun decided that over-protective Heechul was kind of good, if it made Ryeowook more rebelling.
