This year's race in town had some good posters on display by the spectators:

"If running was easy it would be called YOUR MOM"

"RUN LIKE YOU STOLE SOMETHING"

"worst parade ever"

"Should I be worried about what's chasing you people?"

Last year, I ran this half marathon in 3:22:09. This year's time was 2:56:33. Progress, I have me some.

Fabulous! Very proud of you.... saw everyone running over 40 when I was driving in this morning.

I was overrun by children this afternoon and feel like I ran a half marathon, so nap for me. ; )
