A Dangerous Legal Precedent

It's surely HUBRIS at it's worst, to assume the U.S. can proclaim to the World that we alone can do whatever we please in space. I'm thinking this legal proclamation is more designed to justify to Congress, and perhaps John Q. Public as merely an after thought, the spending of defense dollars on the weaponization of space
