What have I learned in the last day or two? You shouldn't try to pet injured critters. They just bite you no matter how good your intentions may be. And you should never try to explain anything to someone who is determined to hate you for the way things have turned out as a direct result of their actions

We're all storytellers. To remove all our bias is like asking a fish to live with a bird. It's impossible. Therefore, even your stories are biased - painting yourself in the best light possible. True storytellers try to remove as much bias as possible, painting the blame on both themselves and those that they've been involved with. But then again, what's the fun with that?
