Purchased a comfy lil place right off pier avenue in hermosa beach, its gonna be awesome ;0)

HAH! Just over two years ago I used hang out there quite often!! Hey, you have to meet Al, he's a construction worker in his 30s who lives in very southwest corner (it looks like you are along the south side, if I'm not mistaken, I can see his place from your picture). He's cool as hell, drinks a grip of beer every night. right next to him there's a guy named Jason, that is, if they still live there. Man, I'd totally live there; that's in the cut! How much is does the place cost, and space rent?
