Ok - maybe I shouldn't lay judgment after only watching about 5 minutes - but I just can't help it - seeing this on TV just made me feel like it was my responsibility to warn others. Anyway the plot summary from imdb is:

And here I was about to rush out and rent the DVD.

Though I do wonder how lame the Care Bears Countdown might be in 3-D.

Sugar is not human. Also my range of memory for Care Bears doesn't extend back far enough to remember what Wish bear's voice was in the original show. I can remember everyone else actually, except that one.

I do believe, however, that Wish Bear was a girl in the TV series. Although, they routinely mix them up... LotsaHeart and SwiftHeart being prime examples of having their sexes confused on a regular basis.

As yume_ryuu said, Sugar isn't human so I question her rights to do voice work for anything with a gender.
