Brewing this weekend!

Hey all,
I've been elbow-deep this evening in sanitizer and bleach, trying getting the place ready for brewing. I was somewhat unsure if I could do it this weekend, but it looks like things will work out. I could also use a bit of social time. Yea!

Starting at ONE on Sunday and ending whenever

I'll try, but I'm pretty busy on Sunday.

I'm not sure how many people are gonna be free either, being so close to Christmas.

I do have various Nordic beers for sampling, though. Good for the Solstice, I guess.

Okay, everybody *please* respond to this post. If the majority can't do this, then we will reschedule. If someone doesn't respond, I usually assume that they do not have a conflict or aren't interested. I'm confused.

Since it's like pulling teeth sometimes to get people to respond...

I'm assuming you're coming to the restaurant tonight? You might as well just ask everyone there. You might be able to get a better idea then. :-)

Okay, brewing is on, but in a slightly altered and reduced format. As a few key people will not be available this Sunday, we have decided to start an hour later (1:00 PM), brew only one beer instead of two and we're changing the actual recipe from those above to a nice, dark, pine ale a la Alba (but darker).

Anyway, see whomever here at one =)
