I have been without internet for about a month now. Apparently the cord for my cable is messed up somehow and now I have to wait another three or four weeks for them to fix it, the only internet access I get is on campus ( Read more... )

You're certain this person lives upstairs from you? I don't want to be at risk of being caught up in revenge attacks (if this person was scrawny, dark haired and weasely looking, I would say it was my neighbour).

Oh yes I'm sure. I've seen him looking at me through his window.

I can finally see my floor! This is the first time I've been able to vacuum it since I moved in. I feel accomplished, is that normal?

He has a window... that looks into your apartment? From upstairs? You may be able to fix that by replastering the ceiling.

It is an accomplishment! You have no idea of the pride I feel while disinfecting the kitchen floor every morning.
