I dont know what the front looks like but Vouge and maybe McCalls have some nice dress jacket patterns for woman.

If you want to save a ton of work, I'd just get a black suit and focus on the shirt underneath. Since the shirt overlaps the collar, you could just focus on making that part. Then double layer the shirt and understitch it to the jacket so it doesn't shift.

Like the creatrue of the black lagoon says you can find the suit and make the rest however if you ca'nt find one I thik I have a pattern youy can use not to mention I found the other pattern I hve for your Ingrid,
