Well, that was a rather boring two months. There were no posts in this journal because nothing interesting happened to me. You're going to be angry this year, aren't you?

Although I would like to point out that I always understood my timetables. How complicated can timetables be? Or, rather, how dumb are these students?

On the plus side, this could all help you, in future years, write an epic novel about the inner workings of a physics department, in which you can expose the ineptitude of all concerned (except, of course, for the dashing, sophisticated, intelligent demonstraters ¬_¬).

The last year has taught me that you should /never/ underestimate the sheer stupidity of physics students. About half of them are relatively normal. One or two of them are even smart. But the rest should never have been allowed to make it to the second year.

And of course I'm going to be angry this year. I'm angry /now/, and this will only increase until it reaches a critical mass of pure rage. The ensuing explosion will scythe the university clear of every living thing and will probably be seen as far away as Dover.

Good thing I'm not there, then. So long as you don't explode with rage while you're visiting me in Cambridge, all will be well.
