This article would mean something if the U.S. media had one journalist that wasn't EMBEDDED.

EMBEDDED in the milindustry complex.

EMBEDDED up Bush's colon.

Thank the gods. When all was bleak, with nothing on the horizon but economic and financial collapse, peak oil, military defeat, escalation with Iran, general geopolitical tension over all of the above, and overall madness, we shall always remember the day when this retard football player did yet another dumb thing with his worthless life and distracted all of America from the hard reality of the 21st century and its Long Emergency.

Hoo-rah.

You're not kidding.

The more weeks go by with the regular news, the higher the price of schadenfreude we have to pay.

And nobody wants schadenfreude to reach $800 a barrel.

Bush is waiting for the bloody glove to shrink so he can claim it doesn't fit. Bread and circuses is now Fast food and "NEWS."

We already hear about the noble deaths of fearless american heroes whose names would be sullied if we don't continue and WIN! What else is there? Hearing about thousands of meaningless lives of brown people and how the U.S. meddling in Iraq, Iran, etc. CAUSED the whole situation would just be tedious overkill, cut to commercial.
