Saw something bad today...

I heard the screams first. Not so unusual (sadly)... She screams quite a lot. He was yelling, too. The fight progressed onto the sidewalk. She was carrying her not-quite-toddler on her hip, and screaming at him something awful. The neighbors generally consider her to be off her nut, and I can't disagree. The volume decreased as the trouble moved
