I'm standing in the company car park. Isn't it ironic that able bodied managers have parked in a location that matches their mental ability: disabled spaces!
I hate that. I used to have a brother who had handicapped plates - he had two bad knees. One night he went to the grocery store and all the handicapped spaces were taken, so he parked as close as he could...
and slipped on the ice and was in the hospital for 2 weeks with bleeding kidneys.
Everyone who has ever done that - parked in a disabled designated space - should have had to spend time in the hospital with him.
I agree with you Molliechikin_usaFebruary 21 2005, 19:22:36 UTC
The jerks should have had to stay at the hospital 24/7 with your brother and bring him his every need and want. I once found a lady parked in a disabled parking space - scratching off lottery tickets - and for each "free ticket" she got, she would run back in to trade it for another. I asked her politely to move her car and she yelled at me. I told her I would smash her windshield if she didn't get the hell out of there. She thought I was a nut and she left. Good choice on her part.
Being disabled and the owner of handicapped plates myself, nothing pisses me off more than to find some idiot parked in one of those spots simply because he/she/it is too freakin' lazy to walk more than 50 feet into the store. I especially despise it at WalMart (our "Super" Center - I hate going there) because there is NEVER a spot open and at least two of those spots are taken by cars with no plates or mirror tags. I made up my mind that I will now stand there with cell phone in hand and call the police and insist that the ticket be written for that nice fat $250.00 fine. I have to do it because WalMart refuses to call the cops on one of their customers. (Just let one steal a grape, however, and bam, he's in the slammer for shoplifting!)
Nice to see you again Hepo dear... please kick your managers in the balls for me and say "Oh, sorry, its an American woman's dying wish for that to happen to you, and I couldn't help but grant her wish". Then deny it ever happened and say they are hallucinating.
