Really, Utah?! Really? Come on, now. I thought everyone knew about kilts....

Unfortunately the state isn't that easy to guess. I can think of entire sections of the South where I could see this happening!

As an official kilt wearing guy, I guess I'm glad they figured out that it's part of his heritage, although I do wonder why that should matter. Additionally, I'm unclear as to why it should matter if he was cross-dressing.

Then again, I often fail to understand such things.
