I've been MIA for a while.

My mom had emergency surgery on Sunday. She looks like hell, tube down her nose, tubes everywhere actually. It isn't fun. She seems to be doing okay today- just got home from visiting her. Hopefully someone can get to the bottom of this. And soon.

I'm glad she seems to be doing well today, hopefully she'll continue to get better. Sorry if I missed something somewhere but what's wrong with her?

Thanks. She god diagnosed with a rare blood clotting disorder and other problems back in August. She's on artificial nutrition and on loads of pain meds. She's been in and out of the hospital a few times...then this weekend she was in a lot of pain so we took her back to the ER they had to do emergency surgery because she had a blockage which was unrelated to this problem. It's just like a mess right now but hopefully she can make a recovery.
