I just joined today, though. I mean, I used to have an LJ account, but life got really hectic, so I stopped updating, then I deleted it. *shrug*

I decided to join back because everyone kept talking about it.

Try joining again after you've had your LJ for a while. We usually reject memberships of new LiveJournal accounts because there's just no way to know. Once your LJ is all set up and active, you're welcome to re-join and you shall be approved.

Well..Your icon credits aren't that great, I guess. And you don't have anything on your userinfo..No layout credits or anything. =/

hi...sorry i never got to respond to this, but i still want a chance to have access to what seems like an amazing brit graphics community. i fixed what you said was not credited correctly in my profile/icon page. the icons that have no credits i made, and you can tell because they are not all that :)

Hi, I just recently tried to join and I was declined. I've seen some of the problems stated above. I credit every icon I use, and my journal is active (although you may not be able to tell since it's friends only) so I'm still a little confused. If you could tell me why that'd be great so then I can either fix something or explain.

I myself am an icon maker and completely understand wanting to be credited properly. Trust me, I know it sounds bad, but if I see my icons used without credit or credited in the proper place, I'll comment their journal asking for credit.

I think the reason you got rejected is because your journal is an icon journal, not a personal one. =/
