My (belated) resolution for this year is to learn how to be alone. Sometimes my apartment terrifies me; I'll catch myself turning on a movie I've seen several times or playing music without really watching or listening. Just keeping the noise as company. I need to clean, do laundry & go to the grocery store so I have food that has been missing
