Many of those comments are just vile. However, this one is cracking me up.

If serveral hundred million active Christinas believe that homosexuality is a sin...

Christinas?!?

It's also the bad spelling and grammar that is also rather bad.

Active Christinas, no less. Little known sect, very rare.

I like this one:

I don't know where I stand on the matter until I hear what Ann Widdecombe has to say about it. Then I'll think the opposite and know I'll be right.

Yes - loved that one. Although love the way that Ms Widdecombe goes about her business.

Just wait until the Anglican Communion is fully intergrated with the Methodists. Methinks the Wesleyians will tell them to grow up or head back to Rome. Should be fun either way

It's interesting that I ran across this journal entry today. This was the lead in to the sermon by a guest pastor today. "Why is it that in order to keep people, we need to exclude others?"

During the time of Jesus, eating a meal with someone was a big deal. It was a sign of acceptance. Jesus went out of the way to eat with people that "good Jewish" people didn't associate with.

On an unrelated topic, I see you are a librarian for a company. Companies with librarians or even libraries seam to be getting rare in the US. It has been a while since I have worked for a company with a good library. That is something I really miss.
