I feel authoritative at this point to consider all the aspects of the conflict between PGSM and Sailor Moon, having had the misfortune to have nothing better to do with my time than sit on this particular couch and watch not only the 51 Episodes of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Which is the Live-Action version that supposedly Naoko likes better

One of those great plotlines that Chibiusa was instrumental in, but Hotaru Tomoe is a force, not a character, as she is more interesting as a force and completely ONE dimensional as a character.
