Who leaves holes in walls. WHO PUTS HOLES IN WALLS.

My last apt had a hole in the wall for the majority of the time I was there, for no reason and no amount of bugging the landlord till we got a different landlord.

My house materialized quite the hole in the wall near the staircase from the last people moving out. Also, there was a person denied as a roommate because he has a propensity for punching holes in walls.

If the grass is not mowed the town will fine us. In any situation in which a person is renting a house (unlike an apartment), they are responsible for mowing the lawn, not the landlord.
