The following are people that Leon has met during his stay at Landel's and that have impacted him in some way. (If your character talked with him briefly over a single shift, then chances are they won't be mentioned simply because that would be a lot of people to keep track of.)
Characters that were dropped are listed separately. Leon currently has no enemies aside from nightshift characters and Landel.

Claude C. Kenni (full_score)
Claude is Leon's closest friend and the person he counts on the most. He helped him pull himself together after the loss of his parents and other later catastrophes. Though Leon calls a lot of friends "big brother" or "big sister," with Claude he's practically adopted family anyway. It's been easier for him in Landel's knowing that his friend is around.
Dias Flac (heavens_too_far)
Leon and Dias had hardly met before arriving in Landel's (you can only recruit one or the other depending on which character you play the game through as) but as he is both from his home world and a friend of Claude's, this makes him an important friend. ...If only the two of them could get along better.
Guy Cecil (razing_phoenix)
Leon actually ran into Guy on his first night while looking for Claude, but didn't remember that very well later. He knows Claude is fond of him, and that's all he needs to know. He's helped the two of them with nighttime excursions on a couple occasions.
Aoyagi Ritsuka (forgot_it_all)
Though it's been a while since they've last spoken, Leon and Ritsuka bonded early on over their lack of ears. Both are about the same age, as well as more intelligent than that age would usually allow, and got along well right off the bat.
Kemanorel (adorkabledragon)
Leon's roommate since the beginning - a friendly young dragon. The two of them get along well, though they generally don't spend much time talking outside of dinner in their rooms. More often than not, one of them will be emoing over something. It's good to have a little support.
Edward Elric (lost_metal)
Ed took time out of his busy schedule to teach Leon about his version of Alchemy, and for that the young mage is eternally grateful. They also both work for the cooking club, and he helped Guy and Claude get a few items for him in the past.
Haseo (feartehreaper)
(a.k.a. Misaki Ryou) Leon helped Haseo and his friends out on their first night when they were fighting Azure Kite and ended up spending most of his time with them the next day. Add in Haseo being his main source of protection during the zombie invasion of Doyleton and you have instant friendship status.
Tsukasa (cannotlogout)
(a.k.a. An Shouji) Another friend of Haseo's, Leon met him the same night as well. They were also together the night of the zombie invasion. Tsukasa is a fellow spellcaster and seems easy enough to get along with, though Leon finds his description of the world he came from questionable.
Endrance (rosetemptress)
(a.k.a. Ichinose Kaoru) A friend of Haseo's, Leon met him the same night. They fought zombies together, and he is still interested in learning about this group of friends as a whole.

Kibitoshin (bitpartgod)
The man was there the night they faced Azure Kite, and again during the zombie invasion. He seems to worry easily, and Leon isn't yet sure what to think about him (though he doesn't seem like a bad guy).
Argilla (demon_beast)
It was surprising for Leon to find out that there were some patients who actually liked living in Landel's. He's run into Argilla on a couple occasions, and she seems like a friendly enough person, if a little strange.
Kadaj (silvervestige)
Having been on good(?) terms with a previous incarnation of Kadaj (reunion), Leon is unsure how to feel about this one that doesn't remember him. He may try to re-establish previous relations unless the young man is uninterested in doing so.

Ashton Anchors (part1of3) - A close friend from Leon's homeworld, Ashton was here when he arrived. His disappearance upset everyone in the group.
Xelloss (enigmaticmedium) - Xelloss was the first person to help Leon out the night he arrived in Landel's. He dragged the man around while he searched for his friends. They met a few times after this as well, though he never learned what sort of person the man really was.
Hellmaster Phibrizzo (hellmunchkin) - Known to Leon as "Lei," the Hellmaster put on a friendly act for Leon whenever he was around, though he wasn't really all that fond of him at all.
Ichimaru Gin (traitors_smile) - ...Leon needs to work on making better acquaintances. The night he, Kadaj, and Gin found a sword as a radio prize, Leon ended up with it at the end. Gin managed to talk him out of it, as he could make better use of it, giving him two knives in return.
Shirogane Naoto (trapdetected) - Leon met Naoto on her first night in the Institute, giving her information about the place, and spoke with her a couple times after. Although she showed little interest in even being friends with him, he found himself mildly smitten.
Sanada Akihiko (fourtharcana) - Akihiko is a funny name and Leon spoke a couple times, and the mage once ventured out at night just to see the Boxing Club in action. He found the young man interesting, and had hoped to speak with him more in the future.
