I just got done reading Fight Club for the first time and thought it was great, and it left me still thinking the movie is great. It makes a lot more sense to me to see a movie based off a book before reading the book. If you read a book and it is made into a movie there are always things you loved about the book that the writers or directors

fight club is an amazing book. actually, i read the book before i saw the movie and was surprised at how little dissapointment i felt with it. in fact, it is one of the very few books that was turned into a movie that i thought was done pretty successfully. it isn't the same from the book (especially the ending) but it works.
