Days fold by minutes every time. I'm going to take myself in I think...I'm starting to think unrealistic thoughts and hear unrealistic things. My moods change so fast, sometime in three or four or five segments in one sentence. Its uncontrollable and there is no letting go...no relief. I just want something to make it go away, I don't care if
