I'm delighted to report that Charles' fiery friend can be persuaded to dessicate shrinkleaf plants enough to destroy them. My idea is that this can be used to create pathways in the plant matter as and wh should we need them.

Right, Professor. Let me first say that Ernie's brill. All of this was his idea, and it's not exactly finished yet. Ernie how about if I do one idea and you do one and so on, is that all right?

Anyway..the shrinkleaf armor would be good but it would be bulky if it was made of leaves. And it'd get bigger and bigger with each spell 'hit' it took, so before you know it, you're this roly-poly shrinkleaf ball sort of thing.

So, I was thinking, what if we made a shrinkleaf armor *spray*? With shrinkleaf leaves done up very fine in a clinging sort of spray? It'd need to be reapplied now and then, because you know, people perspire and that, but we could carry little bottles with us. We need to get with Miss Archer because I'm sure she could give us loads of good advice. And we could test it on pumpkins first, maybe? What do you think?
