Oh godddddd. I thought I was going to be totally ok, just casually shipping these two and all their gingerness, but NOPE. NOPE. I think we have a full-blown situation brewing here, and I credit you with that!!!! This was so good, dude! I could totally hear both their voices in this, and I love love love the premise of him training her (LORD ABOVE HOW I LOVE THAT) and how combative she is with him (and he, in return) and the awesome push-and-pull that results from that. I could basically read thousands upon thousands of words of these two and something tells me that's how I'm probably going to spend this season of Game of Thrones haha. Thank you so, so much for writing this!!!!!

I'm still slightly gobsmacked at how into this I am after, like, a glance of screen-time and I don't even know what in the books (I always skim-read Jon's POVs cause he's such a whingy bastard) but it's somehow eaten into my soul? Just...I love the whole idea of them and her as his little reluctant ginger protege. Jon/Ygritte has its moments I guess but I need something more rough and tumble, ya know?

BUT BASICALLY: ANY TIME. This was absurdly fun to write.

I AM IN THE SAME PLACE AS YOU RIGHT NOW! I barely remember anything of Jon's POVs because I did the same: skimmed and then moved on haha, but MAN, I am so so into this! Rough and tumble is exactly the thing needed and I just reallllllllly am into the idea of some entire backstory here Ygritte had some thing with Tormund before she met Jon BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SUPER HOT.

I never would have thought I'd be so excited about Jon Snow's plot line this season BUT YUP, HERE I AM. Super pumped to make a big deal about any and all scenes these two share together! I LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING YOU AS A PARTNER-IN-CRIME IN THIS EXERCISE OF MADNESS!
