Amelia is much the same way though the sleeping is getting better. Jacquie is off dairy and soy. Be afraid if you have lactose or Soy issues. Everything has soy. everything.

Elijah was the same too. Would not sleep..ever!!! We tried loads of things. Some helped, some didn't. He's two years old now. He's allergic to egg and kiwi fruit and we have to keep him away from nuts because he is "at risk" of developing a nut allergy. We have just switched to lactose free milk and it seems to be helping so far. I will kick myself if his problem was dairy all along especially since dairy is his favorite group now.

Have you tried baby wearing yet? My daughter loved it and still does. I hear that helps babies sleep better at night. It could also be a food allergy. I know you wrote how she is more sensitive to what you eat than pants. Narrowing down which food is not fun. I "get" to stay a way from eating peanut butter, nuts, eggs, dairy, fish....and her skin still breaks out. Good luck. The best parenting advice I ever read was, "don't worry yourself too much, they will probably just grow out of it", Wish I could send you some sleep but I am kind of low on it myself. It is just cruel what teething is for babies.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but yes, I "wear" her when I can, but it's hard with a toddler too :( She IS getting better though, hope yours is too... xoxo Will update soon.
