I agree, in fact I think it's more than just leading - it's phrased in such a way that it folds many variant attitudes into one possible statement.
Like people might say "yes" to that who think the feminist movement is detrimental in general (which is the meaning implied by the reporting, I think) or they might say "yes" if they think the feminist movement is a good thing that's in crisis.
It turns out not to reflect anything but sheer pessimism, even though the respondant could mean something quite other.
