How do you get your energy

We've all faced the office sluggish day... when you're not at your best and are feeling a bit sluggish/tired/unmotivated... what do you do to gain the momentum you need?

drinks?
walks?
enough sleep at night?

I like that superjuice stuff (drinking one now). It's healthier than energy drinks, and gives me a more moderate and sustained pick-up.

Once it hits in the middle of a work day, there's not much that can be done except to try to get into something interesting. Fortunately, I have some interesting programming tasks that I'm in the middle of that prevented the "2 to 3 O'clock sleepiness".

usually i try to just push though it.. but when i really need to be awake an focused (final time) i drink one of the little energy drinks with the B vitamins in it.. the one i like is called shotz i get them at the dollar general.

energy drinks that are full sugar usually make me crash.. i get irritable, headachey and sleepy.. all around not a happy jamie.

BUT i do like the sugar free no fear or sugar free Sobe (blue can)

i have been exercising..(in an effort to reduce my pants size) and i have noticed that my energy level is up and the need for caffeine has reduced.(but not my pants size...ahhh)
