I did insist on real food rather than fast food a couple of times on the trip as well.

I'm very much more on casual side when it comes to theme parks, yes - I like to just let the mood take me, explore a bit, enjoy some great rides. Same with visiting anywhere, I suppose - I'm all about going with the flow. The roomie, on the other paw, is much more inclined to having a plan. =:) (For me, that would be just a foundation, maybe prioritised - there might be one or two must do things, and anything else can just get shuffled around or dropped)

Didja get to meet Judy Hopps? ^_^ (I wanna be her when I grow up. Maybe without so much life-threatening dangling involved, though)

Nope. I suspect that the zootopia characters are sort of resident in toon town and we never made it to that or fantasy land. :-(
