Lavender blueberry mousse for dessert tonight. I wanted to do rose blueberry but the thought didn't occur to me till too late to get rosewater.

I'd be entirely down with all of that menu. =:9 Good thought with the main - that's the kind of thing I should try more often.
I must convince you sometime to acquire a DSLR, for photos to truly do justice to such wonders of the culinary art. ^_^ (I'd've used my 30mm f/1.4 - really nice lens for food photography, permitting wonderfully shallow depth of field, if you want, and high quality even in the most subdued restaurant lighting)
Seems like it could even be accompanied, perhaps, by something like a little gin jelly.
