The key to going to the post office and grocery store one week before Christmas: go early in the morning. I was at he PO by 8:45, out of there by 8:50. I got to the grocery around 9, out at 10:40 (I like to putz around and take my time if they're not busy). And I didn't even spend that much at the grocery. GO ME

I've been to the post office twice today. There were lines both times but the people in line seemed to be in okay moods so I didn't have to kick anyone's ass.
