Hmmm... do you have any more details as to why the harddrive needs replacing and such? Did the old harddrive burst into flames? Permanent blue screen of death? Windows partition corrupted?

(Also, why are you paying for friend's harddrive? o.o)

I'll get more details. I will charge them for parts and labor. They will be fine with that. I'll let you know what I know.
